The staff was very kind and friendly. We appreciate them giving my child a small goodie bag with indoor shoes his size, showing us the closest parking available because our car was too big for their Carousell, their smiles every time the lift stops at Level 2. The room was so much bigger than the other hotels we stayed in. It was a funny mesh of hard bed and memory foam pillow. We liked the latter more than the former.

Very helpful front staff. They kept our bags before check-in as we went around the city to do things. They even put them in our room for us as we returned a bit later then expected. The room was quite small but big enough for sleeping, clean and comfortable. Very close to the train station and bus center. Good value.

The breakfast buffet here is amazing, including ramen, icecream and sashimi to make your own Kaisen-don! Room was pretty spacious and it’s conveniently located near tons of Ramen places and Izakayas. Also after I made a mistake with the booking dates they made it easy to add another day.

The hotel was very cosy, clean and perfectly located a few minutes walk from central train and bus stations. The room was very small but had everything you might need, very practical and comfy. Unlike what we read on former reviews, there was an ac that worked perfectly
